是关于源自中国的 ASF 项目融入 ASF 文化的研究，作者 Sharan Foga 是 ASF Community Development 的·主要负责人，我邀请她来 COSCon'19 做主题演讲，题目就是这篇论文的标题。我期盼能在大会前翻译完毕，并在大会中以电子版形式发布。希望大家能踊跃认领（分章节）。有兴趣者请举手，我也会在 GitHub 里提交 Issue。
