docs: added installation steps for k8sgpt via Glasskube

📑 Description

Here I'm adding a section on how to install k8sgpt via glasskube. I have previously reached out to Alex on the matter and hope the section is appropriate. By all means, if any changes need to be made, I'm all ears.

Additionally, I'm attaching a screenshot to the PR of what the k8sgpt-operator package configuration UI looks like on Glasskube. I haven't added the screenshot to the docs since I was not sure if it is necessary. If need be, let me know and I can add it underneath the installation instructions.
