Video plays, but is choppy

Hi ... thanks for the amazing project! :-D

It works well when broadcasting from FFmpeg to rtsp-simple-server running on localhost, however, the video is rather choppy, in both audio and video. Playing that same stream using VLC or FFplay works just fine ... any ideas?
