the IPcam restarted and the connection stuck

I did a test on the IPcam, while it was live streaming I restarted the IPcam, after the IPcam came back on the browser couldn't stream and had to restart nodejs so the browser could stream again

We are also facing exactly same issue. How to resolve this without restarting rtsp-relay nodejs server
