The vm should only contain used instructions

Currently, the vm contains all available instructions. However, it would be nice to let it only contain used instructions.

Hi, I think this behavior should be configurable during build. Indeed, in the case of a use similar to Google's Recaptcha, it remains interesting that the VM keeps all the instructions in order to recover the bytecodes from HTTP requests.
