Improving getting started

I noticed repeated issues reported by new users setting up jtd.

This issue aims to improve the experience, by optimizing the readme, checking the deployment methods and cleaning up the template as well.

Issues discovered:

  • Template is not deployable ootb.
  • (in progress)

Thanks for making this issue, I definitely think there's room for improvement with our onboarding process. Excited to see more work on this!
