Zoom bounds button

Add a button to zoom to bounds of rendered GeoJSON.

I tried this out and I'm getting 404 on all tile requests, so I can't actually test whether this button improves things or not ☹️

Not sure what could be causing the 404. I'll try a clean build from my branch.
