Add instructions for Tencent / AliCloud
These are popular (and in some ways the only) way to run cloud infrastructure in China. We should support them directly with detailed graphical instructions.
Unfortunately it looks like AliCloud currently doesn't support Ubuntu 18.04 - only offering Ubuntu 14.04 and 16.04.
Tencent Cloud requires PayPal, and PayPal doesn't like my PayPal account :(
I had tried AliCloud, it only offering Ubuntu 14.04 and 16.04, I had updated it to Ubuntu 18.04, but it still not works well. I will continue to experiment with the installation and strive for success as soon as possible.

I am very sorry that I did not reply in time.
After returning to Chengdu from BIDS last year, I installed TLJH on the school's server, which has been used in my course teaching, providing about 200 students to use, very convenient and fast.
At the same time, we tried to perform TLJH installation test in aliyun, but at that time aliyun only provided Ubuntu 16.04 version, and did not provide ubuntu 18.04 version, which caused our installation to fail.
We tried to upgrade Ubuntu 16.04 to 18.04 on aliyun and installed it again. It still cannot be installed and run correctly.
At present, aliyun has directly provided the Ubuntu 18.04 version. We used the same method to install and test it successfully.
The attachment is a reference document written in accordance with our test, copying your document for reference.

@henfee that's awesome! I love the bi-lingual screenshots. Do you think you'd be able to make a pull request to this repository with the information from there? We could maybe have two installation tutorials - one all in English and one in Chinese?
@yuvipanda I suggest we close this issue for now, what do you think?
It's a big challenge to maintain multiple providers, and it's an even bigger challenge to maintain multiple languages.
@consideRatio I think it's important we should find a way to add this provider, as it's one of the primary ways to provide cloud computing for almost a billion users. We should definitely keep it open and try to get at least the english version into this repo. I think that's fairly actionable.
