Logout button in top-right corner

Hello,

it would be great to have the "logout" button just on the top-right corner. For some users an entry inside a menu is too hidden to be found. Usually they first check the top-right corner.

Perhaps that is possible in combination with jupyterlab-topbar (https://github.com/jtpio/jupyterlab-topbar)
