outdated note in docs about IPython

Docs say:

Terminal IPython has always had some coloring, but never syntax highlighting.

It seems the note is outdated, as IPython provides syntax highlighting now.

Hm, why is that? qtconsole docs are misleading, not IPython docs.

You're right, that is outdated. We wrote it at a time when we thought cross-platform syntax highlighting in the terminal was impossible, then prompt_toolkit proved us wrong. PRs welcome.
