Is there a readthedocs page that (at least) demo the theme ? Or a GitHub Pages Page ? Should we (at least) grab the name ?

There isn't, but @willingc and I have been testing it on nbconvert here: http://test-nbconvert.readthedocs.org/en/nicedocs-please/ I think we could/should use the docs folder in this repo to host demo docs. The docs folder here is mostly content from the forked theme, sphinx bootstrap.
