Error displaying widgets in Jupyter Notebook

Hi, I'm experiencing problems in displaying the widget on my Jupyter Notebook (I'm using Windows). The functions seem to be working just fine, so it's probably a problem of the display itself. Does anyone know how can it be fixed?
