Slim 4 upgrade

Do you want to change this skeleton to slim4 or intend to create another one? I would like to help with this, but I was wondering if you are interested before you start studying the changes.

Hi @jerfeson, I am in a middle of a big project and only looked at slim4 in a hurry. I don't understand why they didin't create a new branch. I think the development for slim3 has ended... I sill have some commits to add to this project and I think a slim 4 skelleton should be a different repo. Help would be great.
