Okay so I think F-Droid should wait with packaging your app until you adopted to the recent SDK level changes and fixed you build.

I tried to solve the problem with my PR but please have a look at it if it fits right.....

Could you maybe explain a bit more how you actually store the key used for decryption if biometrics are used? From what I could read, you actually store the password...

But as this is fixed we should close this issue, right?

As bugly was removed, I opened a MR to update OpenHub in F-Droid again: https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/-/merge_requests/8762

Maybe depends on Java version. On F-Droid build server (Java 8) it works: https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/-/merge_requests/8762#note_549231480

I guess you are an Arch Linux user, first this issue is fixed now, second please use the comment section of the AUR package for such Arch package specific issue.
