How to add new person face without retraining model ?

Thanks for your resources ! I'm looking for the way to add new person face to the exist model without retrain process for all old persons ? Because it's take too long time for training process. My project request face recognition for about 400 persons, I also tested KNN model and it work fine. But, I got new problem when I add new person faces. I don't want retrain model when add new person, Could you please give me some suggests ? Thanks !
