Add ability to ignore a label.

Hey, @crstamps2! I know you're reviewing this in your spare time since the original author has passed it off to you. Does the ability to ignore a label make sense, intuitively, as something you might want? If so, let me know and I'll add it to the readme. If not, that's okay too. :)
