Addition of a self-paced reading plugin

This self-paced reading plugin supports three different built-in modes, styling elements using CSS, explicit declaration of screens, and splitting text to create screens. Documentation is up-to-date and ready to release. Examples and more details are included in the spr.md and "examples/" directory.
