[Feature] Quick Issue Reporter pending features

Now that the reporter is also running on Nano Adblocker, we can consider gathering some settings that the user changed to make debugging easier. Things that are interesting:

• Changed assets.json entries
• Approximate amount of custom subscriptions (0, 1, 2, less than 5, less than 10, more than 10 for example)
• Approximate amount of custom filters (0, less than 5, less than 20, less than 100, more than 100 for example)
• Whether advanced settings is enabled

~~If the user changed the auto-filled URL, the reporter should report both. There were a few cases where the user changed the URL and provided an explanation, but unfortunately that actually causes more problems.~~ Implemented.

The reporter should query the reports tracker to see if there's an existing report marked as fixed or untestable, and ask the user to provide more details.

Some anti-adblock redirects the user to a specific block page, so the referer can be useful.

Maybe need to update privacy policy.

As long as your VPN can connect to AWS, then it should work. Just be sure that the issue can be reproduced while using the VPN.

Note that there is a timeout between two reports, currently set to 15 minutes.
