Found a issue using latest chrome calls 40 errors when lightbox youtube is called, has anybody come across this issue , thoughts would be when the call is closed destroy Dom element on close, not great at JavaScript so a shot in the dark.

sw.js:79 Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: Failed to execute 'transaction' on 'IDBDatabase': The database connection is closing.

Are you sure that is coming from Lity and not from some javascript which is executed/loaded inside the YouTube-iFrame?
