add logo to readmes

thoughts on where to add the jshttp logo (and website link) in the module readmes

But that's impossible without html in readme, and it might be a bad idea.

@rlidwka idk. i think it's worth it. can you post the html you used to get it to do that? i've been playing with the html, but i cannot seem to get something that works with github

Well it could be done inside svg, so we'd have a long image with 550 transparent pixels to the left. I don't really suggest to do that though. :)
