全てのスケジュールを .ical としてホームページから受け取るのが良いかと思います。

It would be awesome if it was possible to get the entire schedule of the event as .ical link from the homepage.

@martinheidegger イベント全部をダウンロードするの要件理解しますが、同時イベントが多いので、それぞれイベントの.icalリンクはどうでしょうか？

I understand you wanted the ability to download the entire event schedule as an ical link, but since there are many events happening simultaneously, why not add an .ical link to each event so people can pick & choose?

@nakajimayoshi スタッフとしてはずべてのイベントを一瞬に自分のスマフォでみたいです。次のはいつのをわかるために、もしかしてトラックごとでも助かるかもしれません。それぞれのトラックの担当者のには助かるかも？ 参加者はそれぞれのイベントだけを選ぶのが助かるかも知れませんがちょっとエフォート多くないかと考えています。

As as staff member I feel the need to have the entire calendar on my phone. To know what the next event per track is, it might be worth to have a calendar by track? For the attendees to be able to select each of the tracks by themselves but it seems a little much effort. Not sure they would go for it.

ご説明いただきありがとうございました。参加者向けのカレンダーではなく、スタッフ向けのカレンダーという理解になりました。ウェブサイトはスタッフと参加者の両方が利用することになりますので、双方に対応できる柔軟なオプションがあると良いと思います。 たとえば、各トラックの上部にスタッフ用の iCal ダウンロードボタンを設置し、また参加者用や、スタッフ・参加者が混在して利用できるセッション用のボタンを設けるのはいかがでしょうか。 参加者としての立場から申し上げますと、こうした情報を一つひとつ自分で追加するのには慣れていますし、結局どのセッションに参加するかを決めるためにタイトルや概要を読む時間をすでに取っているので、その流れで登録できる仕組みがあるととても便利だと思います。

Now I understand, an iCal for the staff not the attendees. Because the website will be used by both staff and attendees I think it’s good to have flexible options catered to both. Why not a iCal button at the top of each track dedicated to downloading each for the staff, and an iCal button per session for the attendees and mix and match sessions. I’m pretty used to having to individually add these things as an attendee because there’s not really a better way to do it and I’m already spending the time to read through the titles and descriptions of each one to see what I want to attend
