Little confused as to how to add a maximize button to a dialog?

Little confused as to how to add a maximize button to a dialog?

As title suggests, looking around the documentation and whatnot, if I spawn a dialog box, that automatically creates a close button X in the top right corner, but how do I add my own buttons?
