Add optional channel parameters to RSS feeds

Hi

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice to allow the passing of optional RSS Channel parameters (i.e. https://validator.w3.org/feed/docs/rss2.html#optionalChannelElements). For example, right now I have no option to add a pubDate or ttl.

Maybe it would be possible to add an additional option to pass these or another function returning the raw channel to be altered which can then be converted to XML.
