VCS 4.1.0: Error Loading a form from source (Load Selected)

Since I was unable to do a full build from source (#611), I was trying to load a single form from source files. When I click Load Selected on the ribbon, the add-in can't seem to see my files. I've verified that the path exists and the files are present.
