Future enhancement request - keep DB record of expired urls

Hello, This is not an issue and I find this plugin very useful! just had an idea for future enhancement, if there could be a way to have an option of having a database table that has a record of the URLs that are expired and deleted. Thanks!

this could be a not so bad thing. maybe printing to the YOURLS log?
