Changelog, Releases and NPM Package version are not updated/kept in sync

Describe the bug

The Changelog file isn't updated since Oct 13, 2023 latest version is the file is v0.0.23

The Releases are not updated since Nov 19, 2023 the latest version there is v1.1.2

The NPM Package the latest version is v1.3.0

Reproduction

The only way to see what changed between versions is to watch the tags comments.

Thanks for reporting.

I think there is an issue with Semantic Release, it seems to fail in CI.

The plan is to manage versions with PNPM Changesets, aiming to switch once #131 is merged.
