Tested with ESP32C3. Worked on FTKS50JAVL: AUTO, COOL, FAN_ONLY, DRY FTXS40JVLT: AUTO, COOL, FAN_ONLY, DRY, HEAT FTXM28NVLT: AUTO, COOL, FAN_ONLY, DRY, HEAT

@tsunglung I know it's been a while -- but if you can rebase & resolve conflicts and update the README as part of the PR, I'll take a closer look at getting this merged. Thanks!
