[meta] Move the content to docs.joomla.org?

As this has not been used for a very long time now is there anyone againt moving the content to the media wiki? And after that removing this repo as well as the domain and realted files?

=> IMO there exists already a site in the media wiki. If than we would merged that sites together else we create that page.

=> IMO there is also a page in the wiki too. So the same would apply here.
