[4.x] Cassiopeia Install SQL

In the installation only some of the default params for the cassiopeia template style are setup in the database and there are even some params that are not used.

This is only for the installation.

Just make a new installation with the patch of this PR applied. Check the value of the params field for the cassiopeia template style Open and save the template style Check the value in the table again and they will be identical

I've updated the branch and restored the previous human test result. Reason was that drone was failing but the logs were so old that they already were removed so I could not see why it has failed.
