GeoPackage Output

Hi, thanks for this useful tool. Do you consider to allow the output to be GeoPackage as well? This format allows bigger file sizes than shapefile, which would help in some cases. Thanks, Manuel

Yes - I think that this would be a sensible addition - is this a feature that you need for a project, or just a general suggestion? (either is fine!)

Hi Jonny, thanks for you fast answer. It's just a general suggestions since I just explored the tool and have a pretty big dataset, which could exceed the 2GB limit. Cheers, Manuel

I definitely second this feature request!! Additionally, being GeoPackage an open standard,IMO it fits best the FOSS philosophy of QGIS. Thanks for your efforts!
