About the buffer or "live"
It's actually a question or a suggestion. Sorry, I don't know how to set flags. I noticed that if you pause mpv, then with "play" the playback will continue from the same mark. That is, it will start to lag behind the air. I don’t know how far she can lag behind, but it seemed to me that I paused for at least 5-6 seconds. It seems to me that it is right to keep up with the air, although pauses can also be annoying. Now the question is, is this set in mpv or can it be configured in a script? I wanted to convey this to the author, maybe this is a bug or is he aware of it? Need some thoughts on this.
This is how mpv works with buffering.
There is 2 possible solutions to your problem. Speed up the playback until you catch up with the buffer or seek forward to skip until the end of the buffer.
Automatic solution would be maybe hard to make only happen for radio and not for other mpv pauses.
I would recommend binding a key to seek forward and hold it down until you reach end of buffer.
@jonniek Clearly, I thought it could be configured in a script, or in mpv.cfg. In general, the function, the live button in mpv, would solve such problems, right? Well, it's not important, it's just that there was an osc interface in which, for some reason, the mute button disappeared when playing the stream and you had to pause the radio. Another question: such a yellow inscription appears when playing the radio, I did not notice it in the video streams. This does not apply to your script, but just did not find the information.
