Use Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

Hi @jonashackt,

great project which is still working at home for me :-)

As Ubuntu 18.04 LTS is soon not supported anymore, how about an update to use Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.

I just tried it and I only needed to change two things:

In Vagrantfile change line 4:

config.vm.box = "ubuntu/bionic64"

to

config.vm.box = "ubuntu/jammy64"

And in obtain-letsencrypt-certs-dehydrated-lexicon.yml remove line 41:

- python-dev

Are you aware of any other needed or usefull changes?
