Can't find AngularJS Plugin in IntelliJ 13.1

Hi, I can't find the plugin in the "Browse Repositories" (Category: All).

If I download it manually and click "Install plugin from disk..." there pops up an error with: "Plugin AngularJS is incompatible with current installation".

System: IntelliJ 13.1 IDEA whithout other plugins installed.
