Bezier Tool is not always present

When creating variable glyphs, the Bezier tool disappears. Clicking on Edit Variable Master, makes the Move tool active, displays points that were hidden until now, and allows editing again. The Bezier tool only reappears when a new glyph is opened.

It would be better if the Bezier tool was always active.
