Font incomplete when opening a ttf or otf font

I tried to open a font (both in ttf and otf format) in order to edit it. Unfortunately, all liga and calt entries are missing. The ligature and alternate glyphs (.ss01) are also missing.

Is opening a ttf or otf font only partially implemented? Or is it a feature of the commercial or plus version?

I'm using the latest flatpak version on Linux mint (Ubuntu).

I have not written a parser for those things but I should probably work on that.
