Arch stuck Creating domain

When I create the VM and pass the GPU it freezes on "Creating domain..." if I exit the window then click begin install again it says "Processing..." if I pass the GPU after I make the VM it doesn't start the VM with no error I have also gotten nothing useful out of systemctl besides everything is fine

I made sure to enable everything is my bios as well here is my setup

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 B450 AORUS PRO WIFI 5.10.13-arch1-1 WM DWM

I got the same error (and fix it), the problem is because you've passed through your GPU, but it's still active in the host.
