This makes sense to me. Multidocument yaml applied as if it was multiple files doesn't seem like it would be surprising.

Maybe run helm from a pod or vm that doesn't cross a vpn?

Scratch that. I focused on the acronym `CRD` (Custom Resource Definition) and missed the fact that you were not referring to the definitions, but rather to the Custom Resource (CR)....

This will error if the resource being deleted doesn't exist. Since non-existence is the desired outcome, I don't think we should consider that an error. You might be right that...
