Please make guru timeout configurable

The timeout settings is hard coded in lib/implements/implements.js:57, please make it configurable.

@zmb3 I'm interested in adding support for this feature! guru unfortunately takes longer than 30 seconds in some cases on my computer, and I would love to take advantage of these nice IDE features. I noticed that this package is looking for new maintainers, and no new releases would be made until maintainers are found. Is this feature still wanted, despite the possibility of it not being released any time soon? I'd be happy to help with the release process if required. Thanks!
