A data directory should only be used by one NXRM instance at the time for the record. Using it against multiple NXRM instances at a time will cause trouble.

Ah the NXRM 404s. The likely problems are that it is not running or you have the URL incorrect. Do you see any errors in the nexus.log?

In case it helps, I was doing some version testing the other day and also noticed this on 1.13.1. I did not notice this on 1.9.1.
