Idea: Add hotkeys for score up/down

Being able to use hotkeys for score up/down, reset scores, and swap players would allow use for a Streamdeck or custom Arduino Controllers.

This is currently my most desired feature for the software. I have complete integration with my Streamdeck, but the last thing that is lacking is an ability to control the scores with a hotkey.

What would be good default hotkeys? I'm taking some time to work on TSH and would like some ideas! We could have not only score management like this but also things like changing players, inverting scores, resetting scores, and opening the set selection window.

Note: We might need to plan a settings window/section where those hotkeys can be customized, IDK if QT has a template for such a window

I know the Melee Stream Tool uses F1 for +1 to player 1's score and F2 for +1 to player 2's score. I think the function keys would be a good start depending on how many hotkeys you would like to add.
