This wouldn't have anything to do with Heroku, surely. Because @sweiler was using it with Dokku. Any other ideas, anybody?
(I'm not putting myself out there as a potential maintainer) It would be awesome to find a new maintainer, as I think the buildpack is currently unusable using the latest...

The domain expired a while back. For now you'll have to use http://lyonlai.github.io/bootstrap-paginator/ for the github hosted site.
