• Get the airport long lat from the db generated by the processFaaData script instead from the non existing locationinfo.db
• Added option for the db paths
• Uncommented code to download the dtpp catalog file
• Assigned default values to counters to avoid errors
• Added airport option -a filter for better debugging: ./load_dtpp_metadata.pl -aSPB output 1801
• Added the -d option to force download the plates even if the catalog says they are unchanged
