Feat: Fetch adapter
Did a few PRs for this direction - removing deps that might or might not depend on node internals.
What we need to do is to add entrypoints package.json & move the adapters to them.
Right now, it seems like the package depends on express, next, & aws-lambda. The adapters need to come from trpc-openapi/adapters/express etc.
@juliusmarminge & @sachinraja are really good at bundle stuff & I know the t3-oss people would be happy to help here too
