Error if starting with dirpath with trailing /

If I start up vim with vim config/ I get config/ illegal file name. If I start without the trailing slash, everything works as expected.

Not sure whether this is a NT-tabs issue or NT itself.

Btw everything works afterwards, I just get this error message...
