Are you aware of glabels-batch-qt? It can generate PDFs from glabels files without GUI.

"Yes, but when I go to print on the Dymo 550 with command LP, it comes out misaligned; it's likely that the driver is not handling it well. However, this does not happen when using the GUI."

If you are in a Windows environment, I am certain that it is a driver or High DPI scaling issue. Have you tried running glabels-batch-qt with an elevated command prompt (run as administrator)?

Is the driver installed as administrator?

When setting your printer settings i always do this; being logged in as a local administrator. Inside control panel => Devices and printers: -Right click on the printer => Printer properties => Preferences => Set desired printer settings -Right click again on the printer => Printer preferences => double check that the setting has been applied otherwise also change here.

You don't have to print to pdf using glabels-batch-qt, you can also print directly to a printer. Do a man glabels-batch-qt for more information. You should get identical results as when printing directly from glabels-qt.
