Add tests to Ionic AppAuth

Since this blueprint depends on Ionic AppAuth (https://github.com/wi3land/ionic-appauth) as a dependency, I'm using Okta's privilege as a sponsor to improve it.

There currently are no tests. It would be nice to have basic unit tests so changes can be easily tested.
