Global plugin settings
I love to use your plugin! Thank you! The only thing it would be desirable to have the ability to override the default view settings for all projects.
What settings do you want to configure globally? Does global mean global for you (other users will have own default view settings) or like system settings for all (new) users and projects?
I see this: each user can determine for itself the default display settings (grouping, card / compact, select columns, some filters maybe) with the "set as default" button. Also, in the dashboard menu I see one more button - reset to default. In our redmine, for example, a lot of projects, and we little tired to customize the look for each project :) If this is possible, it would be much easier-life, I think :) And it can make your plugin more wonderful :) Sorry for bad English...
And system settings for all (new) users and projects is great idea, imho.
Maybe you can make the settings are saved in the link? For example, if I want to see the dashboard grouped by projects I could save browser link like this: http://mydomain.com/projects/project1/rdb/taskboard&group_by=project
+1 Especially the link functionality, this would mean that we could customize the top menu to point to this hyperlink, taking the user to a "default view" for the project.
e.g. I want all of my workers to view the Taskboard the same way initially, because if they're hiding certain trackers or statuses in their view, then they may not be seeing all the work that needs to be completed.
