Better loading screens

When searching on the front/password page and the initial loading of breaches on the breach page we don't give any indications that the app is loading something. Could use some love with some fancy loading things.

It's implemented in all 3 tabs, but I noticed that sometimes the animation doesn't play. Seems like it needs a bit more work.

Here is some weird behavior there. If you stick to the first tab it works every time. When you switch to another tab, suddenly the animation on all pages stop working.
