Work started on branch https://github.com/jfpoilpret/fast-arduino-lib/tree/LCD-ILI9163-support long time ago. Need to check where I stand on this and what is still pending until merge. Put it aside for the moment due to other priority (AdaFruit BLE Friend SPI breakout)
