Homing via the LCD / Keypad with the new X/Y MIN Z MAX

I think the manual homing via the LCD interface is not taking into consideration the homing directions. It works with the control panel in ReplicatorG. I can live with it, just an fyi if it is an easy / doable fix.

There's an EEPROM field (a bit mask; ENDSTOPS_USED) which controls this and is accessible from the LCD display for Gen 4 electronics. We didn't carry it over to the mightyboard firmware since the theory was that people wouldn't be mod'ing their Replicator hardware that much. We can add this but it would only be available for ATmega 2560's and will take a bit of work.

No rush (I have the 2560). Just tried it a few times and everything moves the wrong direction and crashes. I just have to remember not to do it. Like you said not many people probably use it. I was probably trying to move the head or something for transport.
